Rock Climbing Instruction
Part moving meditation and part adrenaline rush, rock climbing is a sport which brings out the thrill of being alive. Combining graceful fluid movements with physical strength and stamina, some describe the feeling of climbing as "practicing yoga without a floor". While there is always an inherint risk of injury whenever we ascend from the ground, this risk helps to shape our mindset and self-control into an empowered and productive perspective.
